'Hulu For Magazines' Launching Early 2011 -- But Only For Android (AllThingsD)
Next Issue Media, the "Hulu for Magazines" joint venture, plans to have its digital storefront open early next year. But you won't be able to shop there if you've got an iPad. Next Issue's initial incarnation will only work for devices running Google's Android software, says CEO Morgan Guenther.

NPR Boss: Williams Firing Review 'Well Underway, But Not Complete' (Poynter / Romenesko)
NPR's Vivian Schiller released the following memo to staff: "You may recall that I mentioned in my Oct. 24 memo that we would conduct a thorough review of all aspects of our decision to terminate Juan Williams' contract. Because it will be discussed at today's meeting of our board of directors, I wanted to let you know that we recommended and the board agreed that it would be prudent to commission an independent, objective third party to review both the process by which the decision was made, and the way it was implemented and communicated."

MSNBC Has A Big Ratings Night With Keith Olbermann's Return (WaPo)
Keith Olbermann's first show back attracted 1.5 million viewers -- about 50 percent more than usually come to his primetime show. And after that, his lead-out, Rachel Maddow, snagged more than 1.3 million viewers -- a nice spike relative to her October average of 953,000. As if that weren't enough, Lawrence O'Donnell's MSNBC show bagged nearly 1 million viewers at 10 p.m.; he'd averaged about 784,000 in October.
