When Oprah Winfrey takes her show to Australia next month, she'll be taking along one of the country's most famous exports. It's none other than Keith Urban, who has confirmed his appearance on what is one of the most anticipated shows of the season.
In September at the ACM Honors in Nashville, Keith was asked about the possibility of being on Oprah's Australian shows, and he thought it would be a terrific idea. "It's beautiful, and it's a great time of year to be down there," Keith told The Boot. "Go Oprah. Everybody's gonna have a great time. And hopefully, we may end up down there. That would be great if we could."
Keith will tape his 'Oprah' episode on December 14 at the Sydney Opera House. Other Aussies likely to appear on one of the three shows Down Under include Hugh Jackman, Cate Blanchett and Naomi Watts, and rumor has it Keith's wife, Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman, will also appear.
