Filed under: TV NewsRyan Murphy is at it again. He's talking 'Glee' every chance he gets, only this time it's on a subject we care about: Jonathan Groff's return.
The 'Glee' boss told E! Online that Groff won't be around soon. "Jon Groff is definitely coming back next year," Murphy said. "Next calendar year. He's not available until January, but he'll be in the back [nine] episodes of this season."
As for the hyped post-Super Bowl episode, Murphy said he doesn't want to do something people expect. Rumors have swirled around Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen and Prince, but Murphy told E! that he doesn't know what he wants.
Cast members also told E! that they heard Murphy was planning an episode to respond to the recent gay suicide epidemic.
