Grammy-nominated group, the Greencards, headed up by Australians Carol Young and Kym Warner, are set to release their fifth album, thanks in part to contributions from their fans. Recording sessions for 'The Brick Album,' due out June 21 on the quartet's own Darling Street label, were funded by contributions to the band's "Buy a Brick" project. Each of the donor has had his or her name permanently inscribed on a brick within the wall that comprises the disc's cover art.

"The times have changed a lot in the music industry, not so much in the creative side but in business side of making music," says Kym. "We just wanted to give something unique and special to people, not just by sending them an early copy of the record by putting their names on the artwork. That makes them fully a part of it."
