In less than a week, Taylor Swift will begin to unveil tracks from her autobiographical new album, Speak Now, every week until its release. What fans won't hear during the countdown are any of the additional tracks available on the deluxe edition of the album, which is only available at Target. The mega-retailer has posted details on its exclusive CD/DVD package, including the expanded album's track list.
In addition to the standard 14-song set, the deluxe edition will include the new tracks "Ours," "If This Was a Movie" and "Superman." It's only expected that the teen sensation would offer fans bonus material, as she's explained that the album was a full of two year's worth of firsthand experiences. Swift has also stripped down three tracks and given fans a bonus disc with a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the video for album's lead single, "Mine," as well as the official clip itself.
Earlier this month, the songstress revealed that she was excited to treat fans to the deluxe edition of the album, saying, "I'm all about being able to give the fans special extras whenever I can, so I love that this version has video footage and even some additional songs."
In the recently revamped biography on her website, Swift writes about her fans.
"I've loved my fans from the very first day, but they've said things and done things recently that make me feel like they're my friends — more now than ever before," she writes. "I'll never go a day without thinking about our memories together."
Near the end of her bio, the superstar touches on why it was so important to incorporate her personal experiences into the new album.
"I only have the option of writing about things that happen in my life, so thankfully a LOT has happened in my life in the last two years," she writes. "I know I don't always say the right thing at the right time or speak up when I should, but I write it all down. I get my guitar and a pen and all of a sudden, I have a chance to say exactly what I meant to say in real life. Some of the things I wrote about are things everyone saw me go through. Some of the things I wrote about are things nobody ever knew about. I'm beyond excited for you to hear these stories and confessions."
The Speak Now (Deluxe Edition) track list, according to Target.com:
» 1. "Mine"
» 2. "Sparks Fly"
» 3. "Back to December"
» 4. "Speak Now"
» 5. "Dear John"
» 6. "Mean"
» 7. "The Story of Us"
» 8. "Never Grow Up"
» 9. "Enchanted"
» 10. "Better Than Revenge"

NBCU Picks Overseas TV Production Head

UPDATE: Gareth Neame, the boss of UK independent TV producer Carnival, will oversee drama, comedy and entertainment at NBC Universal International. Neame is riding high this week. Carnival?s new ITV drama series Downton Abbey premiered last Sunday to rave reviews and attracted 7.7 million viewers plus a 30% audience share. Written by Julian Fellowes, Downton Abbey is Gosford Park redone as a weekly TV show. NBCU acquired Carnival in 2008. It was only Carnival?s being able to draw on NBCU?s backing that tempted ITV into co-investing in the 7 million ($11 millon), 7-part show. I'm told that Neame is ambitious and quite tough. Neame and NBCU International president Michael Edelstein are now looking for three executives to build entertainment, comedy and drama respectively. Given that Neame is a drama guy, it'll be interesting to see how much autonomy the person under him has. NBCU International appointed Edelstein 4 months ago to build towards non-US revenues of $5 billion through local TV and film production and pay-TV channel expansion. Neame's appointment comes at a time when rival studio Time Warner is also expanding in the key market, buying Brit TV production company Shed Media for around 100 million ($159 million).

White House party crasher Carlos Allen qualifies for D.C. mayoral race, tops ballot

D.C. mayoral candidate Carlos Allen, 2010. (Bill O'Leary/TWP) Is this a great country or what? Two of the people who crashed the White House state dinner last fall ended up with a reality-TV deal -- and now a third crasher has ended up on the ballot for D.C. mayor. At the top of the ballot. Carlos Allen's announcement that he was entering the race seemed like a gag at first, and his initial attempt to join the Democratic primary fell through when his petition -- just short of the necessary 2,000 valid signatures -- could not withstand a challenge. But just as Allen found a novel way into the White House (still under investigation), he's found a path onto the November ballot: as an independent candidate. D.C. Board of Elections officials confirmed Wednesday that Allen had secured a spot (the second petition he circulated had ample names and received

Rhett Akins, Michael Waddell, Dallas Davidson Put Love of Hunting to Music

Filed under: Exclusive, Albums, Country NewsRhett Akins has joined forces with hit songwriter Dallas Davidson and television host Michael Waddell ('Realtree Road Trips,' 'Bone Collector') to create a new album based on their two passions: country music and hunting. 'Michael Waddell's Bone Collector: The Brotherhood Album featuring Rhett Akins and Dallas Davidson' was produced by Rhett, Dallas and Brian Kolb.

The album was inspired by a moose hunting trip that Rhett and Michael took in Alaska six years ago. "Michael plays guitar, and we were sitting around jamming at the camp one night," Rhett tells The Boot. "We started writing a hunting song for fun. Then we started thinking, man, we can do something with this! We kept talking about it, but nothing happened."

Sephora Launches BeautyTalk, an Online Community for the Beauty Obsessed

Say you're in the market for a lipstick.

Imagine a place where you can ask for your friends' feedback on their favorite brand, get advice from a pro on the shade that looks best on you, watch a video on how to apply it, buy the lipstick you choose, and then upload a haul video after you finally take the plunge.

It's online shopping intersecting with the likes of Facebook, Youtube and Twitter, and it's exactly what Sephora is going after with the launch of BeautyTalk, an online community catering to the specific needs of the beauty obsessed.

Today, the LVMH-owned beauty retailer will unveil the beta version of this interactive beauty space, which can be accessed from a tab on Sephora.com called "Beauty Advice," as well as a tab on their Facebook page.

"We thought about what a community of beauty shoppers would want," Julie Bornstein, senior vice president of Sephora Direct, told StyleList in a telephone interview. "You can ask any beauty question to be answered by your peers or by Sephora experts. You can join a conversation on any topic, as broad a dry skin or as specific as oily skin that breaks out when you're in your 30s."

The community will merge both professional and real-women advice for clients to engage in the medium they feel most comfortable. Users can trade advice on discussion boards, ask questions to online experts, watch video tutorials from the Sephora Pro Team, get tips from celebrities, and read relevant articles from Sephora's blog, Beauty and the Blog. "What's interesting is it offers both expert advice and peer advice," said Bornstein. "We want you to use which you prefer, or both."

Users will be able to fill out Beauty Talk profiles. Photo: Courtesy of Sephora

The pro advice will be served up by a small group of highly trained employees from Sephora's call center who will not only man the BeautyTalk boards, but answer questions on the company's Facebook and Twitter pages as well. Sephora took a card from social media retail innovators outside of the beauty space while formulating this plan - Starbucks and Zappos.com both have employees dedicated to the community frontier.

Sephora first saw a space for BeautyTalk after launching Ratings and Reviews on their site in 2008. The response was immediate, and massive - Bare Escentuals' BareMinerals Foundation garnered about 1000 reviews on the first day - and, according to Bornstein, the most highly reviewed product now has over 15,000 reviews, with total reviews on the site nearing 825,000.

Clients clearly want to talk, and they took their discussion to Sephora's Facebook page, which has grown to 801,000 fans since its launch in 2008, and every day hosts active discussions on its wall.

The most active users were deftly maneuvering between the Sephora Ratings and Reviews page, Sephora's Facebook page, MakeupAlley.com (a popular beauty discussion board), and Youtube, where beauty devotees post "haul" videos showcasing the makeup and hair items they've bought on recent shopping trips. BeautyTalk will tie together all of these social media mediums, using technology developed by Lithium -- a company that specializes on social media customer relationship programs -- that aims to surpass competitors with better archiving technology, and a more robust and user-friendly experience.

Celebrities like Kat Von D will share their beauty faves and makeup tips. Photo: Courtesy of Sephora

"I want our clients to be able to get any questions they wanted answered while leveraging the value of huge population of Sephora shoppers," said said Bornstein. "Our Facebook wall became a space for doing exactly that. People answered each others' questions." Sephora's banking that BeautyTalk will attract these same aficionados.

And if you want to talk about a product that's not sold at Sephora? Not a problem. "People can talk about any product they want," said Bornstein. "We're not trying to control the conversation. We're excited to offer up the place where beauty lovers to get all the information they need."

Beauty talk will evolve over time, and retail shopping will eventually be integrated into the space. Users will be able to mouse over product mentions to see the image and click to buy. And the customer reviews will be used throughout Sephora.com, with relevant discussions and Q&A's around, say, a mascara, surfacing on its product page.

"We're leveraging technology to make shopping experience better," said Bornstein.

And getting shoppers -- and the beauty industry -- chatting.Sephora Launches BeautyTalk, an Online Community for the Beauty Obsessed originally appeared on StyleList on Wed, 29 Sep 2010 09:00:00 EST. Please see our terms for use of feeds. Permalink | Comments

Wyclef Jean, 2010. (AP/Diane Bondareff) Professional oversharer Meghan McCain broke her Twitter silence after 25 tweetless hours but still hasn't addressed the scandal over the book-tour appearance she bailed on. A day after she was caught tweeting about Las Vegas antics when she was supposed to be speaking at Juniata College, McCain tweeted (seemingly chagrined?) "Mi Vida Loca." Later she added, "Vegas is a religion. Casino is my church." A few days after abandoning his effort to get on the ballot to run for president of Haiti, musician Wyclef Jean was hospitalized for "stress and fatigue," his rep told reporters.

Tony Joe White Takes a 'Shine' to New Collection of Swamp Tunes

Tony Joe White goes bare with his new album, 'The Shine,' which he releases today, September 28, on his own Swamp Records. The album, which was produced by Tony Joe and recorded in his home studio near Nashville, concentrates totally on the singer-songwriter and his music. There are no special guests, unlike his last offering 'Uncovered,' which features several of his contemporaries. But similar to the last album, 'The Shine' does feature the so-called 'swamp music' that has delighted Tony Joe's fans for some 50 years now. He somehow manages to keep that honeyed southern draw through renditions of 'Season Man,' a tune in which he remembers a dream he'd rather left untold, to the uptempo of 'Strange Night.'

The ten songs are a combination of soul, blues, country and rock, all thrown together and mixed so that a little bit of each distinctive voice remains. The singer who gave us 'Polk Salad Annie' and 'Rainy Night in Georgia' really does 'shine' on the new disc, which may be a little more understated that some of his previous CDs. Fans will find his stamp on all the tunes, from 'Paintings on the Mountain' to 'Roll Train Roll' and 'A Place to Watch the Sun go Down.' Tony Joe has been working on the album since before putting finishing touches on his live concert DVD, which was released last year.

News Roundup: 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' Casting Rumors, 'Lone Star' Tanks and More

Filed under: TV NewsApparently Bravo likes Teresa Giudice's family -- a lot. According to RadarOnline, the network is now courting Giudice's cousin, Katherina Wakile, to appear on the third season of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey.'

This news follows reports that Bravo has already asked Giudice's sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, to join the show. According to Radar, Giudice is not pleased that either woman is poised to become a regular 'Real Housewives' cast member. "Teresa isn't happy that her family is being asked to join the cast," a source told Radar. "She feels as if her entire family is being approached to be a part of the show."

Production on season 3 is set to begin soon, though Giudice has still not signed her contract for the show.

In other TV news ...

'Lone Star' tanked in the ratings yet again, falling 23 percent from last week's dismal debut. NBC's 'The Event' was also down, but 'Castle' and 'How I Met Your Mother' were both up. [The Hollywood Reporter]

'The O.C.' veterans Rachel Bilson and Josh Schwartz have teamed up again for a new NBC show called 'Ghost Angeles.' The Schwartz-written show will star Bilson as a woman who can communicate with the dead. NBC committed to a producing the pilot despite the fact that no script has been written yet. [Deadline]

Yet another report is claiming that 'The Real Housewives of Miami' is a done deal. How to Wear Black Without Looking Too Severe

There was a blackout on fall's runways. From left, Catherine Malandrino, Donna Karan, and Diane von Furstenberg. Photos:Michael N. Todaro, FilmMagic.com; Slaven Vlasic, Getty Images for IMG; Randy Brooke, WireImage.com

It's officially fall, and, if you haven't already been wearing it all summer long, it's time to embrace the black in your wardrobe. Designers sent a parade of black on black ensembles down their runways for the cool weather season, so get ready to go to the dark side.
Blame it on the economy, or simply on the grayer, colder days days ahead, but don't call fall's black styles brooding, says celebrity stylist and "My Body My Style" host Sam Saboura.

"These black looks are very sophisticated, very sleek and beautiful," he tells StyleList, "and I think if you choose to mix black with the right colors, you can make it less severe for fall and look totally on trend."

And -- bonus! -- most women already have at least one great piece of black clothing in their closet. So, where to begin on putting together a modern style? Our resident pair of experts (in this case Saboura and designer Catherine Malandrino) offer tips on how to wear black without looking too goth.

Add color, but keep it toned down.

Save the neon brights for another season. This fall, think dark colors to compliment all the black, Saboura says. Right now, he's loving oxblood red, charcoal gray and hunter green. "Those are the three colors you can incorporate into accessories, into knits, into your handbag, to soften the all-black look a little bit," he says.
Designer Catherine Malandrino, who showed several black looks in her fall collection, agrees. "I've been thinking about a new way to reinvent black -- with deep shades of dark blue," she tells StyleList. "Emerald, burgundy and distressed fabrics."

Play with texture.

Malandrino says there are several fall textures that make black feel new. "I am most excited about ... trapunto black leather, layered transparent chiffon under black satin, black trim of Kidassia fur and black leather macrame," she says.
Saboura says texture is the most interesting thing you can do when you're wearing something all black or monochromatic. "What it does is add lots of levels and dimension to an outfit," he says, suggesting knits, especially big, chunky cardigans, as great layering pieces. "I think a flat, black outfit not only does nothing to break up your style, but it also gives a little bit of a sad, boring quality to your look."

Load up on black lace.

"You can bring in a lot of texture to an all-black outfit with a great pair of lace tights or textured tights in black," Saboura says. He says layering a textured tight with an over-the-knee sock and a high boot or lace-up bootie is an especially cool look for fall.
"There are really simple ways to incorporate lace," he says. "You could do a long-sleeve lace tee over your favorite tank top, and then throw a big, chunky black knit over that and that gives you a lot of trend and a lot of style, as well."
"That adds a lot of dimension, especially with the lower half of your body, which a lot of women don't think about," he says. "Younger girls are probably going to be more apt to wear the tight and stocking trend, but, in general, I think that even though we're seeing lots of black, the looks are still layered, knit-oriented and cozy and sophisticated. So, it's about being a little ladylike and a little edgy at the same time."
Other lace looks for fall, Saboura says, include beautiful lace tops or lace cardigans.

Break things up with strategic accessories.

"I like black with distressed metal or raw stones -- but not with colorful jewelry," Malandrino says.
Saboura says lace-up, peep-toe booties, wedge boots and over-the-knee-boots are all huge trends for fall, but you don't have to buy them in traditional black.
"Look for different tones," he says. "There are beautiful dark grays, beautiful oxblood colors and fantastic dark green leathers and suedes. Those are really cool alternatives to buying a basic black boot and they're still going to be timeless and something you can revisit season after season without looking like you made a trend purchase. That's a great way to break up all your black, and it allows women to wear more black clothing, but still look stylish and not like you're going to a funeral."

Find a favorite fall look:

"Black leather and woven fur with a black wool canvas culotte or black trapunto leather and fur coat with a black jersey harem pant," are Malandrino's top black looks for the season.
Whatever styles become your standard go-tos, Saboura says to work with black pieces you already own. "It can be as simple as wearing an all black outfit and choosing to wear gray tights underneath it," Saboura says. "Just do something to break up the body. It makes your outfit look a little more interesting and little more modern."

'Social Network' Star Jesse Eisenberg Defends Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg

'He prioritizes Facebook over his personal relationships. This is not something that I think is bad,' Eisenberg says.By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Vanessa White Wolf

Mark Zuckerberg made a lot of friends through Facebook, but he lost a lot too. And when moviegoers head to theaters this weekend to see "The Social Network," David Fincher and Aaron Sorkin's take on the building of the Facebook empire and the man that launched it, they will certainly be left wondering if Zuckerberg is really a bad guy.

The film, based on the book "The Accidental Billionaires" by Ben Mezrich, focuses on the early years of Facebook and Zuckerberg's undeniable ambition. And if you ask Jesse Eisenberg, who plays Zuckerberg in the film, he's really not as bad as he may come off.
"When you spend six months, 14 hours a day doing the same thing, playing the same role, it's impossible to think of that role in the same way the audience might think of that role or the way the other characters might think of that character," he told MTV News at the film's junket in New York City last weekend. "You know, in the same way we can't think of ourselves in kind of an objective way, that's how actors have to think about the roles that they play.
"I didn't think it was that difficult with this one though because he does things that are occasionally hurtful to other characters, but I think it's always coming from a real place. He prioritizes Facebook over his personal relationships. This is not something that I think is bad. His interest is elsewhere, so he severs these personal relationships he has in the movie in order to take Facebook in the direction that it needs to go. I think it's a completely defendable position."

If there is one thing that NBC does right, it is Thursday night comedies. The peacock network has long championed some of TV's best sitcoms. The jury is still out on whether or not their new effort Outsourced will be the next buzzy show like Community, or an unfortunate misfire like Kath & Kim. Either way NBC still has a solid lineup of comedies that has kept me tuning in all these years. Here are some clips, interviews and deleted scenes from last night's best three comedies: The Office, 30 Rock and Community.

Taylor Swift Honored by Her High School

It's evident through Taylor Swift's music and videos that she draws great inspiration from her high school experience, so it seems only appropriate that her alma mater, Hendersonville, Tenn.'s Hendersonville High School, would recognize contributions from its star pupil (pun intended). According to Hendersonville Star News, the Sumner County Board of Education voted September 21 to name HHS' auditorium for the precocious singer-songwriter.

The request came from Principal Joni Worsham, who said it was "an honor befitting [Taylor's] generous spirit." Worsham also recognized the $75,000 donation Taylor made to the school last year in order to revamp the auditorium's sound and lighting systems. The upgrade benefits not only students, but local organizations that use the facility.

"The first time I can remember Taylor performing in our community was on the stage of the HHS auditorium, using the old sound system," Worsham said. "Truly her thoughtful gift has improved our campus and the programs that are held in the auditorium."

The imposter Redskinette: D.C. 'Housewives' recap and fact-check (#7, Sept. 23)

Michaele Salahi (can you spot her?) joined the Redskins cheerleader alumni association, but the organization later found she was never on the actual squad. (Jamie Christian) Welcome back to "The Real Housewives of D.C." -- this episode brought to you by The Washington Post. No, really. We basically wrote the script for this one. All the stuff about how Michaele isn't really a Redskins cheerleader? Hello! -- the Housewives were only able to go there because the Post broke that news to the world. In fact, though the show doesn't admit it, it's clear to behind-the-scenes experts like ourselves that much of this episode was taped after the White House gate-crashing incident (again: brought to you by the Post), and that when the other 'Wives are talking about all the craziness with the Salahis, they're actually talking about stories they'd just read in the Post. After the gate-crashing. Which,

RATINGS RAT RACE: 'Blue Bloods' Solid, 'Outlaw' Dives And CW Sci-Fi Duo Rocks

It was mostly carnage on the first Friday of the season, with NBC's freshman Outlaw barely surviving the transition to Fridays and CBS' veteran CSI: NY and Fox's summer entry The Good Guys also hard-hit in their move to TV's equivalent of a grave yard. But if there is one man impervious to time slots, it's Tom Selleck as loyalists tuned in for the premiere of his new CBS cop drama Blue Bloods, the highest-rated program on TV last night with an audience number rarely seen on Friday night: 13 million. Also logging a strong debut was the reunited CW duo ofSmallville and Supernatural. Here is a quick network-by-network round-up:
Where is Ghost Whisperer when you need it? The cancelled drama starring Jennifer Love Hewitt was one of very few series that could open Friday night with a decent number. Still, CBS showed some nice rating build-up hour-to-hour and easily won the night in 18-49 and total viewers. It was successful in bringing in the (mostly older) available audience on Friday night, with two series crossing the 10 million viewer mark, CSI: NY and Blue Bloods. New 8 PM anchor Medium (1.4/5, 6.1 million) was the night's weakest link, down 39% from the season premiere of Ghost Whisperer last fall and down 33% from its own season premiere in the 9 PM last year. Trace Adkins Saves the 'Nasty' Songs for Special Project

Filed under: Exclusive, Country News, Songs

Trace Adkins says he's the man when it comes to recording songs that are a little left-of-center from what most country singers will tackle. "I'm the last home for songwriters when they write a song that is so nasty that nobody else will touch it," Trace tells The Boot. "I'm the one that hears those songs, and I've gotten some real nasty stuff!"

The singer says he started recording those songs a few years ago because he found they enhance his live performances. "I want stuff that helps the energy of the show, the tempo of the show, the mood of the show. Attending a show should be an energetic release for people and so I've started to focus more on songs that I think will give people that, instead of taking them to a more somber place. I'm gonna do a ballad or two in every show, of course. But most of the songs will be uptempo and the audience will be up and moving when I'm singing them."

One of the songs he recorded for his latest project, 'Cowboy's Back in Town,' is 'Brown Chicken, Brown Cow.' The expression is a common imitation of the bass guitar riff that many pornographic movies used in the 1970s (bow chica wow wow). It can also be used when referring to something scandalous or sexual -- although Trace actually encountered a variation of the phrase in a rather unlikely place.

Kenny Chesney Not Surprised by CMA Entertainer Snub

Kenny Chesney is used to seeing his name among the nominees for the prestigious CMA Entertainer of the Year honor. He's been nominated eight years in a row -- winning four of those times. But that streak came to an end this year, much to the surprise of fans ... but no surprise to Kenny himself. "I knew taking a year off that there was the possibility of not being nominated for things we're used to being nominated for," Kenny told Nashville's Tennessean newspaper. "I didn't think I deserved to be [nominated]. I didn't tour, and that's been the thing that made me believe someone deserved it most: touring."

Kenny did, however, manage to score three Top 10 country hits during his one-year break from the stage. And he's not completely left out of the CMAs this year, scoring a nod for Musical Event of the Year for his 'I'm Alive' collaboration with Dave Matthews.

During his hiatus from touring, Kenny was able to focus on creating new music for his first studio album in nearly three years. In fact, the country superstar will debut five new songs from his forthcoming album 'Hemingway's Whiskey' (out September 28) on 'CMT Invitation Only: Kenny Chesney.' The concert special premieres September 27 at 10:00 PM ET. Kenny told the 'Invitation Only' crowd to expect to hear a "creative shift" when they listen to his new CD, but added, "We're still going to make people think a little bit. We're going to make them fall in love ... and maybe let them fall out of love, if they want to. I'm proud of it."

Katy Perry Shares Some Skit Ideas For 'Saturday Night Live' Gig

'I brought my whipped-cream boobs,' she says of possible props for her 'SNL' debut.By James Dinh

Katy Perry in her "California Gurls" video

Katy Perry will serve as the musical guest on Saturday's season premiere of "Saturday Night Live," and if the singer has it her way, she'll be able to showcase her acting chops in a sketch with "SNL" alum Amy Poehler and the rest of the variety-show gang.
"I'm excited to be on 'Saturday Night Live,' because I think it's hilarious," Perry told "Access Hollywood." "I would stay up late after my parents would go to sleep and watch them. I'm hoping they will let me do a skit. I really want to do a skit. I brought my whipped-cream boobs, so if they do a sketch involving a barista — you know, coffee-making — I could be helping the people out."
This isn't the first time the pop star has expressed interest in doing a little improv with the "SNL" cast. Even before announcing her musical-guest duties, the singer tweeted, "Dear Amy Poehler can I please be your braced faced neighbor friend that hangs out with you & RICKKKKK!"
But if the soon-to-be wife of comedian Russell Brand doesn't get a chance to crack a joke, she is ready to put her all into her performances. "This summer has been so fantastic for me, so I wanted to come back with a bit of an end-of-summer celebration singing 'California Gurls' and 'Teenage Dream,' " she told "Access Hollywood." "I'm really excited to do that, because I've performed them so many times that I feel like now I'm at my prime performing these songs and so I get to bring that to 'Saturday Night Live.' "
Despite watching the show while growing up, Perry admitted that she was surprised at the size of the show's stage, saying, "When you actually get here, you see the stage is tiny. Because you see it on TV all these times, and you're like, 'Wow. Look at what people have done with the stage,' and when you get there, you're going, 'Oh my gosh, it's as big as my bathroom floor. Now dance! Now perform!' "
While Perry is set to make her debut on the sketch-comedy show, there's one show you won't find her on: "Sesame Street." The singer's cleaned-up rendition of "Hot N Cold," which was originally scheduled to air later this year, was pulled from the broadcast because of early complaints about the singer's low-cut dress.

Cat has finished Inbox Full (in tv time, in real life the book won't be out until December). It's interesting to hear Cat say that her marriage with Charles "not all as rosy and sparkly as it may seem" with the revelation of her recent divorce (two months after filming ended). It would be difficult, as Charles's schedule is so crazy that he only has hours in DC at a time. Speaking of crazy, Michaele is talking about being a Redskins cheerleader again, which is completely unconfirmed. It's an enticing mystery, as Michaele seems to know some of these women at the former cheerleader event. She doesn't seem to know the routine, though. The season premiere had many of those moments. In fact, there were probably more lump-in-your-throat, tingling-at-your-eyes moments during this episode than there have been in any one season. Permalink | Email this | Linking Blogs | Comments

Exclusive Interview: Kiptyn Locke On Using His 'Bachelor' Fame for Good

"I'm #1 at being #2."
Leave it Kiptyn Locke to see the silver lining in his perpetual runner-up status. After losing the hand of Jillian Harris on The Bachelorette last year, Locke returned to ABC's reality romance franchise on Bachelor Pad, and last week fans watched as he and partner Tenley Molzahn (a former Bachelor runner-up herself) lost the $250,000 prize to fellow Bachelor alums Natalie Getz and David Good in a group vote. Fortunately, it's not hard to see the silver lining here. Locke and Molzahn, fan favorites for their good natures and sportsmanship, were the only contestants to leave with the show's other, arguable even more valuable, prize: A blossoming new relationship. And Locke, a philanthropist and event coordinator, hasn't let a lack of prize money keep him from moving forward on his latest charitable project: Hope Rose, a gift-giving service that also gives back.We spoke to Locke this week about Hope Rose, his experience on Bachelor Pad and his future with Tenley, and were happy to find that he's just as gracious and goodhearted as we all saw on TV. 'Glee' Versions of Britney Spears Songs Surface: Which One Does Brittany Sing?

Filed under: TV NewsCan't wait until next Tuesday's all-Britney Spears episode of 'Glee' to hear how the show handled the musician's oeuvre? You're in luck -- a clip with snippets of five 'Glee'-ified Britney hits landed on YouTube today.

If you prefer to be surprised when the show airs, you might want to avert your eyes right about now. For the non-spoiler-phobic among you, the leaked songs include "Toxic," "Hit Me Baby One More Time," "Stronger," "I'm a Slave 4 U" and "Me Against the Music."

Mr. Schue takes the lead on "Toxic," Rachel gets the top spot on "Hit Me" and Artie solos on "Stronger." We're pretty sure that Brittany makes her singing debut on "I'm a Slave 4U" and "Me Against the Music," with the real Britney lending guest vocals to the latter. But, since this judgment is based on a not-so-high-quality 30-second clip, we could be very wrong. Rounding out the video is a lovely Rachel-centric version of Paramore's "The Only Exception," which, appropriately, is the only exception to the rest of the all-Britney material.

Click through to listen, then let us know what you think of the new versions.
